2) Teeling Wonders Of Wood III Virgin Swedish Oak

Here's the long-awaited third release from Teeling's Wonders of Wood series!  This superb single pot is made from 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley and aged in virgin Swedish Oak casks which results in beautifully rich, fruit notes, herbs, candied ginger, almond, and treacle with a dry finish and a light hint of black pepper spice and nutmeg. Swedish oak is a very rare white oak, native to the Nordic Region of Europe which is denser and more robust compared to oak from other regions. Bottled at 50%.

3) Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still

Master at Irish Whiskey Masters in 2021, 2022, and 2023! An all-time favourite for all the team here! A 100% heavy pot still whiskey with a high sherry ageing percentage. Redbreast was a brand name for Jameson's pure Irish pot still, bottled in bond by Gilbeys. First made in 1939 with Jameson filling Gilbey's own casks. Two sherry casks were used for each bourbon cask. The brand died off with the closure of Jamesons distillery but was recently relaunched and is a huge favourite with both whiskey drinkers and connoisseurs.

5) Flatley Irish Whiskey The Dreamer

This exciting release is produced by Michael Flatley and crafted by master blender Noel Sweeney, formerly of Cooley Distillery and Powerscourt Distillery. This five-year-old triple-cask blend combines grain whiskey and double-distilled malt matured in former bourbon, port, and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Rich and complex, it boasts aromas of sweet honey, citrus, cherries, and chocolate, complemented by soft malt and a hint of bourbon oiliness with rich flavors of Christmas cake fruits and spiced cherries, all harmoniously balanced with charred oak.

Thin Lizzy members Scott Gorham and Brian Downey, together with Philip Lynott’s family Caroline, Sarah and Cathleen immersed themselves over a 2-year period in a bold collaboration with West CorkDistillers to co-create an Irish Spiced Rum where craft and art combine. Bottled at 35% ABV, Thin Lizzy Spiced Irish Rum is a very balanced Rum aged in American oak barrels for smoothness and blended with specially selected spices and caramel. This very special and limited-edition release is made to commemorate the historic collaboration, uniting the distinct character of three renowned single casks from Dingle Distillery, Echlinville Distillery, and Killowen Distillery. Killowen Cask #004 (filled 2019, refill quarter cask ex-Bourbon), Echlinville Cask #450 (filled 2016, first-fill ex-Bourbon), and Dingle Cask 261 (first-fill ex-Bourbon) – were married together for over two-and-a-half-years in cream Sherry butts from the Jerez region in Spain. It boasts flavours of green apple, blackberry and peppery spice and a sweet finish.
