Old Carrick Mill presents this very special, limited edition bottling made in hour of soccer legend Steve Staunton who made his debut in the '94 World Cup, and has gone on to boast 102 caps for the boys in green and coach the Irish national team. Each bottle is signed by the man himself and includes a set of cards with recommended cocktails to make with the whiskey. It's matured in American bourbon barrels and finished in premium rum casks for superb tropical flavours and aromas. Only 500 bottles available!
